FREE Stuff Challenge Day 4 – Hammermil Paper at Office Depot

What sewer can’t use a ream of paper?

If you print patterns from digital sources you’ll need lot’s of this paper.

I’ve moved over to Office Depot today for this next freebie.  I usually go there to get my toner cartridges for my printer and on occasion Jim will pick up a case of paper but how can I resist when something comes along that is FREE?

So for today’s FREE item I chose to get the FREE Ream of Hammermill Paper.

Transaction: To get this item for FREE you have to purchase it using a 20% off coupon that reduces the regular price of $6.79 down to $5.43.  The coupon was in the Sunday circular and was good for any item (other than case paper and some electronics).  At the register you’ll get a print out of a duplicate receipt and the form to send in to get your rebate.  The rebate amount is $5.79.  I did have to pay some of the sales tax though but not a bad deal at all!

Out of Pocket: .16cents tax plus .44cents for the stamp to send in the rebate…so a total of .60cents.

Results: 500 sheets of good quality paper for 60 cents!

Rolling out of pocket: $12.64

BONUS LINK:  A really cute top pattern to print out using the home computer is this one from Tessuti

Enjoy!
