OH No! There’s been a tragedy in the fish tank!

My dear friends.  I have sad news to report today.

This morning when I went downstairs to give Bob his daily flakes he was found at the bottom of the tank.  He is still alive but I don’t know for how much longer.  He just looks at me with those sad eyes and gasps. 

This is all just so sad.  We rescued Bob from certain death about 7 years ago.  He is 13 years old now.  I guess as goldfish go that is a really good life.

People, I’m so sad.

I called Jim on the cell to let him know and ask that he be the one to remove him after he expires and place him out by the tree next to his tank mate Joe.  Joe passed away from what I think was a fish stroke about 4 years ago.

I’m still stunned.  I can hardly believe my goldfish motherhood is all but coming to an end….

so sad…
